Claim type

Monetary claim The fee is calculated progressively based on the claim value (art. 3 Law 80/2013). Non-monetary claim Fixed fee (divorce, administrative disputes, challenges).

Claim value (RON) Enter the amount in lei of the asset, receivable or claim object (excluding VAT).

Court stage

First instance Trial — full fee. Appeal 50% of the first-instance fee. Second appeal 50% of the first-instance fee.
