Our Commitment
We dedicate a minimum of 450 hours annually to free legal assistance — consistently, not occasionally.
Who Is Eligible
Individuals
- Net income below RON 1,500 per month per family member
- The case must be plausible (not obviously unfounded)
- No alternative legal insurance must exist
NGOs
- Legally registered in Romania
- Demonstrable public interest activity
- Specific project (not general advisory)
What We Cover
- Initial consultation and case evaluation
- Procedural document drafting
- Court representation (selectively, subject to capacity)
We do not normally cover court stamp duties, but we assist with accessing the legal aid exemptions under Law 51/1995 and Law 193/2008 on free legal assistance.
Application Process
- Complete the dedicated form (5–7 fields)
- Attach supporting documents (income certificate, case file)
- Receive a response within 5 business days
- If accepted, we schedule a first meeting
